Tampa Bay Devil Rays -

 The Tampa Bay Devil Rays finished 29th out of 30 teams in attendance in 2006 with an average attendance of just 16.901 which is 38.6% of their ballpark. UPDATE Sine they struck a deal for a new ball park and had amazing success in 2008 this is now very unlikely.

 

 

 

Florida Marlins -

 The Florida Marlins finished DEAD LAST in attendance in 2006 with an average attendance of just 14,384 which is 39.6% of their ballpark.
